In the White Mountains region, the Albany Covered Bridge and the Swift River Covered Bridge are must-see spots. The Cornish-Windsor Covered Bridge, spanning the Connecticut River between New Hampshire and Vermont, is the longest wooden covered bridge in the United States. The Bath-Haverhill Bridge in Bath is another historic gem. In the Lakes Region, the Ashland Covered Bridge and the Squam River Covered Bridge provide picturesque views. The Monadnock Region features the Thompson Covered Bridge in Swanzey and the Ashuelot Covered Bridge in Winchester.
